design COORDINATION

Whether you've found the perfect venue and want to showcase its authentic character, or booked a blank canvas and don't know where to start, our Design Coordination service was created for couples who need extra support in bringing their wedding vision (or lack thereof!) to life.

 Our process begins with a Design Brainstorm meeting in which we explore your style and preferences and get to know your design personality. You will then be presented with a Design Plan (a PDF Presentation) fully outlining each design related element of your wedding  - from color palette and materials to rentals and floral. Once your Design Plan is approved, our professional network and expertise is put to work as we hire the best vendors for implementing your plan, within your budget. On your wedding day, our on-site team oversees the execution of the design and takes care of any final touches.

on a budget?

If our Design Coordination package is a little too steep for your budget, we also offer a limited Design Plan service in which we create a plan based on your budget and style preferences for you to execute directly with your vendors. Contact us for more information.
