Allie Beik, and her team at Polka Dot, were by far the best money we spent on the whole wedding weekend. Not only did she take phone calls with us before our month-of coordination began, once we were in the final month she was quick to answer questions and swoop in to take over any remaining planning activities. Outside of being an organized project manager, she was always calm and fun to work with. The last week, when tension starts to get high, she was there to calm all of our nerves and crack a perfect joke to calm us down. Additionally, I'm pretty sure with their expertise, Polka Dot pays for itself. In the last month, Allie steered us to make educated decisions as we were adding final touches to our weekend, and prevented us from spending on suggestions from other vendors that we really didn't need.
