Work for Polka Dot Events as an Event Assistant!

 

Attention all New York City and Philadelphia lovers of weddings and event coordination - Polka Dot Events is looking to bring on new Event Assistants to our team and would love to hear from you!

Our Event Assistants work on a freelance basis and assist and support our lead coordinators on wedding days. Tasks can range anywhere from decor setup, travel and buses, group photographs, to overseeing floor plan execution and deliveries, guiding the wedding party, giving out party favors, telling Aunt Sally where the bathroom is, fetching a lightbulb, and much much more.

Our days are long (10+ hours) and busy, so applicants must be able to be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and know how to hustle with a smile on your face. We can teach you the job but you must bring with you a strong work ethic, a friendly attitude and be extremely reliable.

Our ideal candidates are looking to get their feet wet in wedding coordination, train with us, and hopefully grow into a Coordinator. Interested?
